Attached please find reports that will help you with tomorrow's meet.

- The HEAT SHEET is a list of all events and heats in the order they are swum. Please look out for changes to heats in the app!

- The MEET ENTRIES BY SWIMMER is a list of all swimmer's alphabetically and the events in which they are entered.

- The MEET TIMELINE is an estimated time each event will start.

The times listed (aka Seed Times) are returning swimmers' best time in that stroke. If the swimmer has an NT that means No Time. We encourage each swimmer to strive for their personal best and have FUN!!

Each swimmer should know their event number(s). When they arrive at the Clerk of Course, they will be checked in and seated in their heat and lane number and will remain in that order until they are brought down to the pool for their race. Swimmers and Parents should listen for the Announcer to let them know when to go to Clerk of Course, and then the Starter will announce the Event and Heat number that is swimming the next race in the pool. Swimmers will be asked to go to the Clerk of Course well in advance of their races. Do not depend on the Meet Timeline to go to Clerk of Course.

Please see a copy of the Lancer's Visitor Information to find the Clerk of Course and viewing areas. Families should check in at the VOLUNTEER TENT when you arrive to get your assignment for the meet.
