End of season awards banquet and 2nd yearly membership meeting.

ESTIMATED TIMELINE OF EVENTS: Check-in begins at 5:00pm. All families MUST check in before entering the pool facility. If needed, voting for next year's Board of Directors will take place at check-in and will end at 6:00pm. 

Dinner: 5:00-7:30pm – Potluck and Dinner on your own. 

Participation Awards: Awards will take place at the bottom of the stairs leading to the lap pool: 

5:30 – Team Meeting 

5:45 – 8 and Unders 

5:55 – 9/10's 6:05 – 11/12's 

6:15 – 13/14's 

6:25 – 15-18's 

6:35 – High Point, Coaches Award, Most Improved, Cyber Ribbons, Piranha of the Year and Senior Recognitions Fun Time! 

7:00 – Open swim (Rising 5th Graders and younger in the mushroom pool and rising 6th graders and over in the lap pool) 

7:50 – Relays (family relay & freestyle relay - please sign up by 6:30pm at the DJ table) 

8:35 – Belly Flop Contest (Coaches, Graduating Seniors and any adults that want to participate). Sign up by 6:30 at the DJ table – LIMITED Spots Available 

9:00 – Open Swim 

9:45 – Clear the pool 

10:00 – End of party
