Thank you for declaring AVAILABLE or NOT AVAILABLE for your swimmer(s) ASAP FOR THIS WEEK'S MEET. Please remember this is usually due Monday morning but we are extending a grace period for the first meet!  If you do not tell us your swimmer is coming to the meet on Saturday, they will not be allowed to swim!!!  If you aren't sure of your swimmer's availablity for this week (due to other sports, graduation, etc), please declare them AVAILABLE and leave a note!!

You may declare for the whole season now - all Meets except Divisionals are open!

PLEASE also make sure to sign up for a Parent Volunteer Job. If you do not pick a job, one will be assigned to you! Email Chrissy Waite ([email protected]) with any questions about Volunteer Jobs!

If your swimmer suddenly cannot attend their declared meet (due to illness, etc.), please email [email protected] - this email will reach Coaches, Clerk of Course, and Computers.
